In addition, on Saturday, April 25, First Market Bank is sponsoring a “Spring Greening Day” for Richmonders to shred their personal documents and financial statements. Spring Greening Day is part of First Market Bank’s focus on educating and protecting its customers from identity theft.

The mobile shred truck is equipped to rapidly destroy documents that then are compacted into a locked storage area, mixed with other destroyed documents and recycled when possible. Participants will receive a certificate indicating that their documents have been permanently and completely destroyed.
